Our products come with at least a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee, and most offer a 60-day guarantee. During the trial period, if you are not fully satisfied, call, text, or email us, and we will send you a return shipping label free of charge. Just put everything back in the box, slap on the label, and we'll refund all your money as soon as we receive the package with everything inside.

Hearing is one of your five senses, and it's a big deal, so it's crucial to get things to you in days, not weeks. New orders, repairs, and loaners need to be to your door and in your ears quickly so you don't miss out. This is the main reason we cater specifically to Utan's, so we can get everything to your door and in your ear within a day or two. If you live in Utah, we pay for shipping both ways, and you'll never have to wait long. We use a combination of USPS and UPS to fulfill our orders. We pay the shipping for new orders, repairs, and loaner hearing aids if your hearing aids need repair.
If you live outside of Utah, we are still happy to serve you. However, shipping times will be longer, and in some cases, we may ask you to chip in on some of the repair shipping charges.
